Step 1

Let’s Chat

So, your books are singing the bookkeeping blues? Don’t worry, we’ve all been there – juggling accounts and reconciliations and begging the QuickBooks gods for mercy. Let’s chat and see if we can turn that financial frown upside down!

During our initial call, I’ll ditch the bookkeeping jargon so that we can get down to business. Grab your favorite mug (tea and hot cocoa welcome too!). Think of it as a financial wellness. We’ll talk about pain points, your bookkeeping “wish list,” and what you’d love to achieve with a bookkeeper by your side.

Step 2

Forming Our Game Plan

If we’re both feeling the good vibes, I’ll create a personalized plan of action in the form of an engagement letter.

Don’t panic, “engagement letter” doesn’t mean we’re getting hitched . It’s just a fancy way of saying we’ll put everything in writing so that we’re both on the same page.

No hidden fees, no surprises — just transparency and trust…

Step 3

QuickBooks Online (QBO) Set-up or Clean-up

New to QBO? No worries, I’ve got you! We’ll get your books set up like a pro. If you’ve already been struggling with the program (or you just have a shoebox full of receipts), I’ll get them all cleaned up and organized to provide the information you need to meet your goals.

Step 4

Monthly Maintenance

Ongoing maintenance is where the magic happens! I’ll manage your daily transactions like a pro, while you keep your focus on your business and your stress level way down.

Think about it this way – that’s more time for you, less time wrestling with receipts.

Step 5

Year-End Wrap

Year-end tax season is a busy time for all of us, but particularly so for business owners. We will work together throughout the year to make sure your books are current, manage qualified vendors for 1099s, review financials for anything that raises an eyebrow, and be sure your books are ready to pass on to your tax preparer for year-end filing.
